Omarion Corporan was alone when he pulled up to a double-parked sedan on East 28th Street between 22nd and 23rd avenues, handed over some money and collected a white plastic bag, city Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale said.
Narcotics Division detectives followed Corporan in his Nissan Sentra -- with Florida license plates -- then stopped and swooped in on him at the intersection of Alabama Avenue and East 36th Street, Speziale said.
Corporan was processed on drug and gun charges and sent to the Passaic County Jail to await a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Paterson.
